"Kathy is a tremendous partner with a great ability to identify and articulate the issues that can get in an executive’s way. She helped me successfully deal with some big challenges, and I would highly recommend her as a coach to other executives."
"Kathy Bernhard was a great executive coach. She aided me in my professional development that not only helped secure me a promotion, but also aided me through a leadership transition. Kathy armed me with critical skills that allowed me to manage-up, work efficiently within a large corporate structure as well as fine-tune my communication skills. What worked best, was that she was not overly prescriptive and was a solid sounding board. The work we did over a 6 months period I will benefit from for my entire career."
"When I'm stuck on how to approach a challenge with a client, or have a question about the right thing to do for my business, I always ask myself, “What would Kathy do?” She has the keen ability to cut right to the heart of an issue and guide you on the practical next steps that enable both your organization and your people to thrive."
"Kathy Bernhard has been a crucial partner of MJHS for many years. With her professional guidance, our organization was able to successfully manage many OD initiatives including the recent succession of several C-Suite leaders. She brings evidence-based knowledge along with an honest and pragmatic style to her practice which worked exceptionally well for us and gave our Board of Directors confidence in the process. I highly recommend Kathy for executive coaching, succession planning, competency modeling and other organizational performance and development needs."
Like the frog in the rut, executives often find themselves in situations they aren't prepared for. And they seem to learn best when they need to achieve something that matters to them.
